We recently refurbed 2 separate sections of space in Bank Of Ireland Operations Centre Dublin 18. Phase 1 consisted of introducing a Hub area spanning 700m2 , consisting of 8 no individual offices for staff members to book for smaller meetings along with a large meeting room and open spaces for more informal meeting. Phase 2 consisted of transforming old office space of approx. 500m2 into a complete new gym area, 2no studios , juice bar and open area and new Male & Female state of the art Shower Facilities & Toilets. Showers are powered by 35kw air to water heat pump located on the roof of the building.
