These works were to strip out the existing internal finishes to the branch and refurbish the branch as to the clients spec.  These works included demolition, construction of new metal stud partitions, installation of new flooring and ceiling finishes.  Mechanical and electrical works were completed to suit.  The branch was also painted for these refurbishment works.
